A workshop on the “Impact of Islamic Law in the Contemporary Indian Legal System” was organised on 24 December 2019 by the Department of Law, Aliah University, Kolkata, in collaboration with the Centre for Study and Research (CSR). The programme recorded the participation of 200 students, with 25 papers presented.
